Harare (SID) - FIFA President Sepp Blatter has once again shows his attitude relating to betting manipulation in football. "If these individuals are caught and found guilty, we will disable for life it - no matter whether they are players or officials", said the 75 Swiss in Harare/Zimbabwe.
Investigation on the part of the International Association on the basis of alleged manipulation scandals in Asia are currently against Zimbabwe. The former President of the Zimbabwe Football Association Henrietta Rushwaye sent the team in 2009 to international matches in Thailand, Syria, and Malaysia, which are to be organised by a betting syndicate. As a result, Rushwaye was released in October of last year.
"We process here after the criminal law and the FIFA statutes", said Blatter.
