The Icelandic Defender Holmar Orn Eyjolfsson changes the English Premier League club West Ham United to Bochum. The U21 international, who previously played in the second team of the English, signed a contract until 2014.
He is the son of Eyjolfur Sverrisson, who from 1989 to 2003 for the VfB Stuttgart and Hertha BSC Berlin played 250 Bundesliga matches, scoring 30 goals. "Holmar is a combat team player who wants to assert itself exactly like his father in Germany," said VfL Sports Director Jens Todt.
