The High Court of the National Olympic Committee of Italy CONI has upheld the objection of five first division against a decision of the Italian League on Tuesday.

Rome (SID) - the High Court of the National Olympic Committee of Italy CONI has upheld on Tuesday the opposition of five football first division against a decision of the Italian League with regard to the distribution of revenue from the TV broadcasting rights. The League had decided that the TV money due to the number of fans of the clubs to be distributed.

She commissioned therefore some Meinungsforschungsinstitute to evaluate the number of the Tifosi per club. Against this criterion five series A clubs - Juventus Turin, AC Milan, Inter Milan, AS Rome and Napoli - had lodged an appeal to the Court of the CONI. The Court described the opposition as compatible, the League decision is therefore disabled power.
